I sliced the salmon thinly and marinated the salmon in lime juice which was simply seasoned with some salt. As you can see, I added some sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced shallots and finely minced cilantro.
This ceviche tasted very fresh and light and was a major improvement compared to the one I attempted earlier. So you could say that this is a very light lunch.
Already with my two capalang cats, it is quite heavy on my pocket. The cost of maintaining this one might be equal to the cost of maintaining four ordinary cats.
Perfect for cooking burger patties. It comes out very well browned. I did flip the burger because it was under cooked. I need to get used to my new air fryer to figure out the cooking time.
I’m loving this way of eating because I don’t have to restrict the amount of food I eat. The quantity of food I eat is determined by my appetite. When I am full, I stop. If I am not hungry, I simply don’t eat.
