30 Day Carnivore Challenge : Day #28

Today I went for my weekly Sunday morning walk with my partner. I was very energetic and had no trouble keeping up with my lahling.

For lunch, I had another go at ceviche. This time I used salmon.

I sliced the salmon thinly and marinated the salmon in lime juice which was simply seasoned with some salt. As you can see, I added some sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced shallots and finely minced cilantro.

This ceviche tasted very fresh and light and was a major improvement compared to the one I attempted earlier. So you could say that this is a very light lunch.

I took a pic of this pretty cat on Thursday. I couldn’t help it.

Every time I see a cat, I just have to stop and stare look at it.

I can’t afford this one for sure.

Already with my two capalang cats, it is quite heavy on my pocket. The cost of maintaining this one might be equal to the cost of maintaining four ordinary cats. 


Anyway. I’ll just admire the pretty cat from afar.

Perfect for cooking burger patties. It comes out very well browned. I did flip the burger because it was under cooked. I need to get used to my new air fryer to figure out the cooking time.


This air fryer is more spacious and so much better than the el cheapo one that I bought earlier.

I am having lamb for dinner. It’s something I hardly ever eat.

This is a very hefty dinner. Very fatty too. 

I’m loving this way of eating because I don’t have to restrict the amount of food I eat. The quantity of food I eat is determined by my appetite. When I am full, I stop. If I am not hungry, I simply don’t eat.


Already, I lost one whole inch around my waistline, without depriving/restricting portion size. I am not depressed anymore and I am happy and calm. The anxiety that I feel every now and then is also gone.
