30 Day Carnivore Challenge : Day #17

30 Day Carnivore Challenge : Day #17 1
This morning I woke up hungry which is unusual for me. I think it is because last night’s dinner was not adequate.
There was not much meat and tendon in the soup. I felt full mostly from the soup and this is something to take note of when I prepare my next meal. I must eat enough.

So breakfast was just simple fried eggs and a few slices of beef salami.

I used to enjoy cold cuts like this but after eating unprocessed meat for almost 3 weeks (save for bacon and sausages), this salami had an unpalatable taste. Maybe it tasted good when it was in a sandwich accompanied by cheese, sauces and some fresh raw veggies.

I think I shall steer clear of such deli meats.

In spite of breakfast, I got real hungry at lunch time. Alamak. I should have fried more eggs and taken them with me to work. So no choice, I had to resort to food from the chap fan shop.

There you go. Three curried eggs, marmite chicken and sweet and sour fish. Not exactly ideal but it will do.

30 Day Carnivore Challenge : Day #17 5

This is my fatty bom bom enjoying some dry food. This morning she was super manja and I carried her around like a baby, giving her ear rubs and all.

30 Day Carnivore Challenge : Day #17 6

This is my ribeye steak. It had a nice marbling.

30 Day Carnivore Challenge : Day #17 7

I decided to use the air fryer because cooking steak on the stove top can be very messy, lots of oil splatter.

30 Day Carnivore Challenge : Day #17 8

It turned out quite all right.

30 Day Carnivore Challenge : Day #17 9

It came out medium which is not bad. That’s all I had for dinner and I was very satisfied. I’m feeling pretty good so far, especially on the mental side of things.
